Agreed to this, but the R15 lacks the kick of the CBR. Almost 10ps of power difference no?Originally posted by somen1984 View Post

Exactly.. In city, you get the pull only of a cbr, P220 or a karizma.. I'd say just go for the cbr.. However if majority of your ride is just B2B traffic, then its a no to CBR. Try the P-220... Or the karizma... If power is important... As you said the lack of power will make you drool for another bike pretty soon.. I'd suggest a P-220 or a karizma.. If however less traffic, then obviously the cbrZMR- PGMFI re-defined

Yes !! Even there is a difference of 100cc !!Originally posted by madhav766 View PostAgreed to this, but the R15 lacks the kick of the CBR. Almost 10ps of power difference no?
But in City i don't recommend R15 or CBR. Because in city where will you see the power, as soon as you reach 60-->80kmph there would be a signal or people crossing or traffic!!
And if it's a highway then R15 or CBR250 makes wonder in all sense!!! Additionally you enjoy each and everything!! Which you won't in city!! I agree CBR has a power and speed, but where in city will you use it?? IN signals or traffic to cover 1-2m of distance?? In city max to max you can reach 80kms which can be done by any commuter 150cc. And for above 100 or great power/pick sense lies in highway!! If you have a touring in weekends or once in a month then too you can use CBR or R15 to it's optimum level..

P220 in traffic? FE will be an eyesore!Originally posted by abhi7013 View PostExactly.. In city, you get the pull only of a cbr, P220 or a karizma.. I'd say just go for the cbr.. +1 to this. You could go for something in between. Something that has the power to tour n also FE to keep you happy in city?Originally posted by somen1984 View PostYes !! Even there is a difference of 100cc !!

Thanks to everyone for their valuable inputs.
Sorry for the late reply, was busy in work for a week. Now coming to the point, took a test ride of CBR 250R and boy what a test ride it was
. Felt the bike really heavy when standstill coz I've had experiences with Pulsar 150 and Unicorn which never felt like heavy. Anyway was so impressed with the black beauty that I booked the bike immediately from Shah Honda in Kolkata as it is the nearest showroom from my place and the sales guys were ready to help. Delivery on wednesday but hey I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!
