If it is going to be your solo bike only ,then don't buy RC. if you have a sidekick 2 wheeler, even a 1970's bajaj then you'll pass with RC.
we have a dream yuga +RC200 . YUGA for normal people ride and rc well ,you know..

Honda cbr250 is right choice for your cousins need . It's pretty comfortable, good performance, good mileage, good build quality and with the ABS safety part is also good . but the problem is the people at the service station , are just useless and lazy .
