@ThreadStarter: Don't know if the query is fake or real. If its real, appreciate the opportunity you have .I got babaji ka thullu from my parents when I turned 18 or for that matter graduated from college even though they could afford stuff (Fauji dad and his "get stuff with your own money" funda )
While you might go ahead and buy anything I would say that you should wait a year, get a hang of the Vespa - go through this forum for riding techniques and safety gears. Once you have put in a year into rider education, get a bike your heart wants. Most of the bikes you have listed here can be very unforgiving and in Indian conditions even a 44 BHP machine is serious power since no one expects a bike to go that fast and no one will budget for it. If (as I suspect) you are not willing to put in some time for your safety and responsibility to other road users, get the N300 as Ananth suggested and try to stay safe. Spend some moolah on gear too. Don't worry you will look insanely smart.

the thing with the vespa is its tires they are shit
they have a woody feeling to them

my crash average is one per month
i rode the cbr for 2 and a half
no crashes what so ever firstly because the tires were good and secondly it has abs

and in indore people pop out of everywhere

and i do wear a helmet i have a vega pure black but nothing else surely will get everything as soon as possible

Do you mean that if your bike has ABS and other stuff, you will not have a crash? Change your thought about "tyres" being crappy and with "ABS" you will not have a crash. 99% of the bikes that you see on the Indian roads being ridden don't have ABS in them. Still they commute everyday from one place to another without any "crash". While riding a bike or driving a car, your conscious mind and reflexes help you and others stay healthy while commuting. Just by fitting "tyres" and "ABS" doesn't serve the purpose of anybody becoming a pro rider. Also, the bikes that you have mentioned, all of them don't have "ABS" and they are real lethal in Power delivery.

Before you jump onto your "ABS" fitted bike which will have leech grip tyres (i guess) and 23 Lacs Octavia , it will be a wise decision by you if you ride a low end bike and get yourself acquainted on how to ride a bike.

you should learn at least after 2 falls that its shit and wooden. If you are still falling there is some problem. push your scooter only to its understood limits. or better to your limits.

sir i have a learners which allows me to ride my vespa daily and i still do

and i am in no case getting a bike or the car before may
and in may i get my drivers licence so
i will be legally allowed to drive
i am just checking out the bikes because i have been given an option
and i even rode the cbr either with my father's or my brother's supervision

so technically it was still legal

actually sir the car will be majorly driven by my father not me
and yes the crash history is a bit scary but
the vespa is a bit at fault here because of its brakes and tires
the front brake is doesnt exist and the rear one locks at even minute inputs
and the tires are woody and dont have the feel or grip
i will get the tires changed but when enquired about the front brake the guy said get the vx model which has a disc in the front

i am an iitian first semester and i had to study for two years in kota to get the AIR 238 in first attempt to get all this stuff

yes sir it doesnt have a number plate as it is comparatively new and i had to get the rear mudguard off to get the rear indicators replaced as the kids in my locality did play a lot with those
and so had to take the number plate off as i had to get it repaired before my relative came back
