Second: at last I called to Benelli Pune office and had a chat with North India manager. He too assured me to update regarding the Delhi launch & will arrange technical team with test drive. The launch happened but till now they didn't care to update the prospect customers. I dont know, may b I am expecting more from Benelli DSK on customer service.
I think these couple of experience are enough to park it side for some time and enjoy my Harley ride. Let Benelli prove its real potential in coming year. My best wishes.

I'm not trying to nitpick here, but you are hating on Benelli just because they didn't open their dealership?

I mean no TD no nothing?

NO dear.. I keep me aside from Benelli as of now not just because they didn't open the dealership on-time but because they didn't care to update or call back the potential customer.

Its the duty of the showroom to call you back, and since there was none in existance, so it was nobody's duty.

We had our share of experiences with Kawasaki too. None are perfect.

OT for this thread. But a simple Google images/web search would yield at least 2 separate H2 crashes. Let's keep that aspect out of the discussion.

Sorry dear.. but I dont buy ur comment. If I am in direct contact with DSk Benelli guys whether the showroom exist or not, those guys represent Benelli brand... anything they do, counts on Benelli image.

Just a heads up - I think you need to take the time and head over to the Benelli threads that are right here in our forum. Take a good read of how the owners and their bikes are faring, if you haven't already. You did say this was a long time investment for at least a good 6-7 years didn't you? If I were you I wouldn't settle for a used vehicle, especially on those terms.

I do not meant to nitpick either, but please don't take a hasty decision without a test ride.

Personally, even though the exhaust note is an important factor, I would never used that as a deciding factor. The Kawasaki bikes are great. The Ninja 650 is one hell of a sports tourer.

                    Happy shopping! :P

                      You don't have to agree.

And this is just to clarify that I will no longer reply to this pointless discussion.
