I think the Mods know when to put an end to a thread or discussion.

What Pulsar IS or should BE is not something im bothered about, what IM bothered about is comments from people who are ignorant in matters of Motorbikes.
My post was only to correct your insight on "Less technologically advanced bikes" being less prone to break-downs as opposed to "Technologically advanced" bikes being more prone to break-downs.

If that remark ain't lame, i don't know what is lame.

again why the hell are you generallising this to all bikes ?????
Grow up and try to read whats written in my previous posts, i am talking only about 220 and ZMA not other bikes.
And yeah if I am ignorant after almost 7 years ok biking then I really need to check dict for the meaning of ignorant .
So please stop this here n for all !
    Peace !

@NV: boss , am not much in cricket but the way you put it I surely do now know the diff between Shehwag and Tendulkar

Chill guys! Do not make this a war thread. Seems some people enjoy fuelling flames. If Mr. Krishnadevanur comes back to this thread, he will be dumbstuck and confused more.

one of my friends have p220 while i own a zma...i hav found that the missing kick in p220 causes problems at high attitudes or during winters(as i belong to himachal n keep on touring)...we had to go for dhakka start a few times.....so if u r a serious tourer zma should be given a preference...!!! rest are ur personal attributes...!!!

^^ Thats weird! Maybe your friends 220 has some issues that need to be looked at.

Din't hear any complaints from the guys who've done Leh on their 220's.

And let me add this, at Marismek La (18314 Feet; Now worlds highest motorable road) it was the 220 that managing to without a hitch, whereas the ZMA was struggling like anything.

And before any of the ZMA fanboys guys come running with spears and what not....

          Please patiently read through this...

Dude, no one is taking this personally.

Things need to be clarified! People come up and post what they have experienced with a particular brand/bike. Which could be either be a general trait off the brand/bike or maybe a one off issue.

Only when everyone has put forth their views, can the discussion have a fruitful end!
And these kindda discussion do tend have sparks flying, thats natural! And fun ....Don't worry too much about it!
