    Congratulations man,

I'm personally a fan of white paint on motorcycles. Looks good and runs well. Did you check the user manual for run in instructions? I heard they mention you can go up to 7k rpm. I did mine in Feb and March, but mine was a gradual increase every 300 KM's.

    Happy riding

It's the R15 S. The engine is from version 2.0, the bodywork or more like the seat is that of version 1 because it was extremely comfortable and sold in good numbers. If I had to buy an R15 I myself would be very much inclined towards getting the S version instead of V3

After test riding all the 150cc segment bikes i found out that when these bikes are new they've some roughness in engine and gearbox, but to my surprise! When i test rode apache 160 4v, it had only 1 km on the odo, and the engine and gearbox of that bike was super smooth from the factory itself! That bike made me think that my honda hornet is defective [emoji23][emoji23] , but later when i test rode fz v3 , mt 15 etc i found same engine refinement as that of my bike, so it's common in Japanese bikes, don't worry.

But , i must tell you that TVS deserves a big salute for making exceptional kind of engine refinement on a single cylinder engine. [emoji120][emoji120]
Wow nice to hear ... oh my god !!! I have to wait till it crosses 3k- 4K kms to get the engine smoothness !!! Right now only 50 kms on ODO !!!

Yes R15 S is very comfortable whereas V3 is back breaking.

So that means you can go up to 5k rpm for now varying the speed, I get around 65-70 kmph at 5k.
Post the 500 KM's you can go up to 7.5 k rpm. I'd also recommend to go beyond that for short periods after 800 KM's. Although I have to say Yamaha put that down very nicely. Bajaj asks riders to keep it below 4.5k for 2000 KM's which doesn't feel right at all.

                    Happy riding btw

I can't say if it sells in good numbers or not, personally I haven't seen many of these on the road as compared to the new one but then again it all comes down to personal preferences.

Thank you ... but I always ride the bike at 4.5 rpm !! Is tat ok ... I don’t find any areas where I can go up to 7.5 rpm i.e after 500 km on ODO. The seats of this bike is too hard , my ass pains a lot !!!

It says so in your owner's manual, avoid 'prolonged' operation above 7.5 k rpm in 500-1000km.
About the seat, either you get used to it, give it some time to settle down. If you're still unhappy after a 1000 km, get a foam stuffing on top of original seat. I got one on my RS200, I use mine for longer journeys like at least two hours, no local commuting so got a little comfy.

                                So how's the ride coming along? I don't know if there's a dedicated R15 S ownership thread.

Any issues? Public response? Owner satisfaction or complaints?

                                Happy riding
