You can address me by my name. Glad to hear that the engine is smoothening out. What's up, buddy? Why are you afraid? Did you crash a bike in past? I crashed my NS200 in 2013 and I was scared for some time after that crash but that was totally my negligence, wasn't even high speed lol. Good luck for the upcoming service.

Re: New bike after owning P150
Your name is neo right . I never crashed a bike in the past , the sole reason is the high wind blast that makes me quite dizzy ... even the wind screen R15s is little ok and doesn’t help much like CBR 250! Thank you ... fingers crossed for getting butter smooth engine after 1st service .Originally posted by Neo77k View PostHey buddy,

Re: New bike after owning P150
Neo is my nickname so yes feel free to address me by that name. Feeling dizzy due to windblasts. Okay drive in the safe range, bud. Do look at bigger windshields later on though. Question: What kind of helmet do you wear?Originally posted by rahulrajan14 View PostYour name is neo right . Re: New bike after owning P150
I'm trying to relate the dizziness with windblasts, anyways post new pictures of the bike? Oh and when you get the bike serviced, get a chain cleaner and lube afterwards. You gotta do it yourself later.Originally posted by rahulrajan14 View PostI use LS2 helmet , recently bought 4 months back !

Re: New bike after owning P150
I haven’t serviced the bike !! I am waiting for 1st service after 10 days ! I haven’t lubed the chain before ! For lubing the chain , the bike should have center stand like Gixxer SF ! But it has got side stand !Originally posted by Neo77k View PostI'm trying to relate the dizziness with windblasts, anyways post new pictures of the bike? Re: New bike after owning P150
Yea I said get those afterwards. My RS200 doesn't have a centre stand either. I got a rear paddock stand from grand pitstop for 2800. I've seen some people use locally welded ones too, cost less. You can also get an under tyre roller for that. Chain maintenance is easy. You use a chain cleaner/kerosene by spraying it on the rolling chain, let it sit for a few mins (be sure to cover the ground/home floor with something, it's gonna rain black lol), then use a brush to scrub the chain, there's special chain brushes available on Amazon and they serve the purpose but even a regular clothes washing brush will work well like those with wooden handles and nylon ish bristles. Then you wipe off the excess with a useless cloth which would turn black again lol. Finally you apply a chain lube on the rolling chain and you're done.Originally posted by rahulrajan14 View PostI haven’t serviced the bike !! I am waiting for 1st service after 10 days ! I started doing that since my NS200 in 2013 and never had any chain issues except the regular chain loosening. I did that chain Maintenance for an Avenger 220 street recently that I had with me for a few weeks before I got the Pulsar. The owner was very happy with the chain after I returned it, he mentioned that the chain had lost all unpleasant noise and he felt some improvement in throttle feedback. It'll do you good.

Re: New bike after owning P150
Grip the tank with your knees and just hold the handlebars lightly. Faired bikes looks gorgeous but at the same time they are PITA ( in terms of ergonomics [emoji23][emoji23])Originally posted by rahulrajan14 View PostMy neck started paining after daily commute to office ... pls advice how to avoid neck pain while riding the bike

Yeah I am doing that , my thighs sweat a lot in this hot weather when I grip them to the tankOriginally posted by #bpk View PostGrip the tank with your knees and just hold the handlebars lightly. Re: New bike after owning P150
BPK is right about that. But think of it, you have a 1200-1500gm helmet on your head and you put more stress on your neck and shoulders when you put your weight on straight arms leading the strain back to the shoulders. Correct your posture and try leaning a leg out while turning for a few secs to let some air through and then grip the tank again. Don't rest the weight on your shoulders, office going people are already prone to spinal cervical, this could make it worse.Originally posted by rahulrajan14 View PostYeah I am doing that , my thighs sweat a lot in this hot weather when I grip them to the tank
