      Fitness Secrets of Doc????
If his life style is revealed than...that is not SECRET buddy!!

But to my Knowledge, as far as our Doctor Ji is concerned, the primary thing is he is attitude to mingle with "Y" gen buddies like you & me(????), so he is mentally youth, added advantage is his YEARS of Experience with clean good hearten dears & nears !!

Eagerly waiting to ride the New gen Triumph (not sure though..it might be a Rocket 111 ) after Suzuki Bandit & the Fz

Had the privilege of inviting this Youthful ,bubbly Riders to my home& they obliged !!

            Round trip Krishnagiri,Ooty,Kovai,Krishnagiri.

            JoggingHi Muthukumar Sir,
At the outset I would like to thank you on behalf of myself and coriders
for the warm welcome you extended to us. Thulasi and Satheez have already done a good job regarding our trip so I will skip that part.
My focus will be only about the time we spent with you garage and at your house. You have wonderful collection of British Twins and single cylinder Bikes. The sight of those Bikes took me back to the 50's and 60's.Iknow how difficult it is to keep those vehicles in pristine condition.Especially I loved the RE 500cc Meteor and the Norton Army bike and the Triumph Speed Twin.
The Vespa was gorgeous and so were the other collections Of Jawa ,Lamby 50cc ,Honda 90cc,Peaugot, Rajdoot Bobby and not forgeting the cycle. The discussion we had brought back my memories of the good old days of riding the Triumph Norton, BSA and Matchless 600cc's.
You are a man of my own heart when it comes not only to Bikes but also to collection of Watches.Regarding the collection of Watches I am no where near to you. Hats of to you.I don't have words to express the collection of Cameras because I don't have much knowledge about them.So you are one up on me.
My only regret is you are allergic to Helmet ,Gloves and riding Gear.It is not safe to venture out on a 2 wheeler without a Helmet. Most of the fatal accidents are due to head injury.Take care Sir.
I have been asked what is the secret of keeping fit admiring at my age of 74. As you mentioned earlier I move with Guys 40 yrs younger to me.Age is all in your mind. Regarding keeping good health if one can spare an hour each day for walking or jogging and doing yoga you will be fit whether you are 70 or 90 and you should know your limitation do not over do anything.
As for Diabetes it is something you learn to Live with and keep doing what you love. Finally Thank You for nice Lunch and a wonderful time.

Honored to have you here sir,

Looking at the pics right at thread start, its more like history unfolded in time, looks like you have been fortunate to have owned all the Nice & New models that were launched one after another. the best part is that its not an upgrade but addition to the collection. I am truly amazed and wanna meet and see your priced possessions, please advice where and how we can get a glimpse of all the machines.

                  Cheers
                  Sunil

                          Respected Doctor,
If this post of yours is posted in the below thread it would have been more appropriate >>>

It was really honor to have your team at my garage, honestly speaking....once after seeing all four of you in full fledged riding gear..felt ashamed ...cursing myself for the psychological fear in me for wearing Helmets & gloves while riding
From now on...i shall made up my mind to get used with all the safety gears for meant for riding!!
                          Thanks for your valuable tips!!
Once is not enough !!..yes i mean your visit to my garage
Eagerly waiting to spend some more quality time with you and your "Y" gen riders
                          Cheers!!
PS: That RE twin is a 700cc twin & that Triumph speed twin belongs to one of my friend, for whom i have completely done up the engine, she is still waiting for Cosmetics
