it would have been great if there could be a longer ride early next month when there is some cash left in our wallets.a 400-500 km trip would have been ideal (to +fro). guys i was a little embarrased when i saw your helmets . my helmet looks horrific. today i painstakingly scracthed away all the rotten stickers . tomorrow i may submit it for a complete paint job(white). after that i have to find a place where good graphics work can be done.are you guys aware of any such place where some awesome graphics work can be done?all this may take atleast 1k . but i am hell bent on making my helmet look good.guys i am a poor man . right now i am not in a position to buy a 5k helmet. atleast i can make my helmet look like a 5 k one. i also bought two new visors-plain and dark.

the experienced guys make a plan for the ride, with starting time, expected returning time, total kms etc etc.
havnt told parents abt this yet...
@akhil, there is a stickering shop in plamoodu, Key Point... they does stickering works for helmets also...

hey...there ain't nothing to be embarrased about...all that matters is if we wear a helmet... and if you want your helmet to be...uhhm..different...i know some places where you could get it done...stickering...and paintjob....just let me know what's in your mind...and your budget...

ok. but so many guys asked me previously to change my helmet. besides, this one is not even my helmet . its my dad's. previously i never wore helmets. now i am serious about helmets.after all i am riding an r15 . i need to maintain some standards.

Hey Buddy, AFIK it is not advisable to do paint jobs on a Helmet. That may affect so badly on the material which used to make that Helmet. Helmets are not only for the show off but also for safety measures.Professionals says that even after 5 years of use we have to change the helmets cause they may loose its strength. Anyway dont worry abt your Helmet,after fixing a new visor you can use it. We all are just like your brothers,so why you worry abt your Helmet's appearance right now? just keep it till you get enough money to buy for another one.
