      • @Nio: (ya tried to explore eraniel palace ruins and ulakkai aruvi falls.. the latter failed due to exhaustion and lack of time
So will be trying that again after summer since we know the route now )

:I had gone that ulakkai aruvi falls 4 times from college days He hehe in summer season you can't able to climb that ulakkai aruvi hills...for ths you need lot of physical strength and stamina( A biker must do some regular exercise for yourself in every day, otherwise you cant perform long journeys and any Trekking) Bros, pls avoid smoking and drinks...Gradually that arrest your mental reflex on the road...we need Healthy Bikers

no doubt the r15 is one hell of a machine. but after using the bike for 1.5 years now,i feel like i need more power. this bike has lots of practical difficulties. riding in heavy traffic is really frustrating.the stiff suspension makes it difficult to manage in undulating, gutter ridden roads.my dream bike is the honda hornet(250cc).it is a street bike like fz and revs like hell. the red line comes at around 14k rpm and the top speed is 185 kmph. faster than the ninja. i don't know whether the production of the bike is stopped or not. any way it is more or less confirmed that honda will launch two bikes in the 135cc-350cc range. i am keeping a close look. will there ever be an r25 from yamaha? in that case i will buy that no matter what difficulties i may face with it in traffic. it should be able to do 180+on nh7.then pulsar 220 will be like a cat infront of a lion.

superbikes are the biggest blunders on indian roads.

Looks like you're preparing for an all out attack on jayamohan chettan's P220 Anyway a couple of months back, there was some news that Honda will launch a 250cc by diwali in the range of Rs1.5 lakhs

                          • @ Lijo,(I heard Valvoline semi-synthetic for Rs310/lr is available in some shop near Sreekaryam... Also some Power1 full synthetic is also available there... dunno for sure though... Jayamohan chetta? Any ideas?)

You will get the Valvoline semi synthetic from Oil shop at pongumood, near the petrol pump or from chentitta. If you have enough money,do get the mobil full synthetic(Imported) from pongumoodu shop for Rs1200/- for 1ltr.
@Remy, You can use semi synthetic before using fully synthetic for the first time. higher cc like 180,220,223,350 need 20x50 grade oil as per the owner's manual....But motul 15x50 suits to our p220. just stick to that..and Pls make sure that the oil using for cars are not apt for bikes.
