All sympathy to Japan and their troubles. But swabbing your neck in betadine will not protect you in case there is an amount of radioactivity that lands in India. (Potassium Iodide can be useful under some circumstances. Like when radioactive iodine ends up in the enviroment, but it's a specific case.)

bro its true that there is been a 4th nuclear explosion in japan and there is radiation leakage..but its effects are within 12mile radius, and the news about radioactive rain is fake..so we need not panic...

Lets pray for Japan and hope they recover soon
