What is used for removing this carbon? I want to see how much is there actually, or if its like that...

He uses some chemical, others polishes the parts in lathe, but not at all required in atleast 30-40k km in normal running condition.

hmmm my engine was clean and crisp till 27k when the disaster struck . The new one has done only 4k .

racing stripes?? din't quite get you..whole body or only the front fairing? if its the fairing..i have a small sticker work done on the sides..not much..i've attached a pic of the same..

stripes on RTR 180 or something like on ford mustang shelby (from front mudguard to back tail-lamp, a line which will bisect the bike into two)

yes of course...would love to see how it looks like now...actually it wont be clean clean, there have to be a slight film of carbon all around...

i think its the problem of carbon deposit itself with his bike...not all will have to wait till 30-40k kms to have it decarbed... i did it at 26k and now my mileage is around 50 in city ! may be his mileage will also get improved after a thorough decarb and carb cleaning.

Try DIY . Else lots of sticker shops in and around TVM.

my bike did just 13k...improper tune might lead to carbon deposition inside the cylinder..thats what i think has happened to my bike...yet to open it..
