Unfortunately, there are no good places that are more or less the same distance from Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Goa is the only other option, where it is around 670 kms from Hyderabad and 620 kms from Bengaluru (Approx. distances). But then again, how many would be willing to travel for such distances?

18 riders might be low compared to other G2Gs but its still pretty decent number. Also, its a good number to actually interact. As lijo said it would be lot easier to manage.

Sorry for the dumb question, but i'm lost... what dates are we riding on?

I'm taking leave on 27th Jan so its a 4 day long weekend from 26th to 29th Jan. I want to ride out somewhere. Been a long time since i did a long one, so I am in for this if the dates coincide with the above long weekend.

Praful - why not post this on our riders page on FB? I'm sure quite a few are longing for a nice long ride during the above mentioned dates.

Edit - Praful, could you please ask the mod's to add the date of this ride to the thread title, so there is no confusion or searching for posts? Thanks!

Sat, Sun & Mon? That means a leave on monday. Not doable for me.

My plan is to leave (to wherever) on 26th Jan (Thurs morning) and return on 28th or 29th Jan (Sat or Sun).

Sorry for the delay in responding folks, was tied up with family commitments!

Too much of confusion going on in here!

Date - 28/29/30 January 2012 [Why 30th i.e. Monday, thats so we can ride back home not on the last day of a long weekend with shitloads of traffic]
Location - Hampi

Number of Riders - How many ever make it. We'll do booking based on the number of registrations we have. Any extra if can be adjusted, will be done. Else plan your own accommodation. Simple!

Let us not deviate from this plan! And for the folks wanting a date/location change, please lets not cause further confusion

This is not the last ISG2G of 2012

I have something in mind for early June for the KA-TN-KL junta

Volunteers from Hyderabad side please! I can't do this all alone

Question for the already registered people: Do you want to change the dates to 26/27/28/29 instead? So you can take one day leave and get 4 days instead!
