What's with 18-Sun,19-Mon,20-Tue ? Any holidays on 19,20 that i'm not aware of? Shouldnt it be 16,17,18 (Fri,Sat,Sun)? Getting leaves on Fridays is easier than on Mondays, atleast for me

I've voted for the last option, since December end might be difficult nevertheless I hope i can make it this time.
Munnar was a fantastic location and it was super fun to ride to Munnar and back. Hampi seems like a good location but nagoo makes some valid points there! Might be hot in Jan Nevertheless I look forward to it.

Adi Friendly - I don't know! (since you prefer only smooth tarmac)
NH13 is a b!tch to ride on, heavy truck traffic, odd speed breakers here and there, random potholes on the road... Personally I find it one of the most frustrating highways to ride on. I was on it just before the onset of the monsoons, so I don't know what the current state is!
Hotel search has not yet begun, totally depends on the numbers we have. The place where I stayed had a proper parking and facilities, only downside was that food was super expensive. Rooms were starting from 500-5000 though!

But I would still not recommend going back on day 2, there's no point in having this meet if a major chunk of people head back on day 2.
Lets push this to Jan if need be, but this has to be a three day meet and not a two day ride!!
