Guys, not sure if you treat this as a good news or bad news but a 4 wheeler is also joining us. Good news is because we get better shots with a good photographer. Bad news is because there is a violation of R15s

I think that should be okay.

And guys, are we open for a overnight. The Safari is really luring me !

Nobody is messing with no one. It's all one group ! A colleague of mine wants to come in the car cause he felt that we missed out the riding pictures and hence wanted to volunteer to capture us riding. He will get along somebody to drive so that he can click.

I know it sounds stupid but we can split out if we have a mixed opinion on staying over night. I think that should be okay considering that it is just the return.

We leave at 0600 hrs. We should be there by 1100 hrs. Have lunch and spend time together. Riders who want to return can return by 1400 hrs. Rest can stay back, go for the Safari the next day morning and then then return the at 1300 hrs. This is just a wild thought, nothing concrete yet.

4 wheeler should be fine. Should be prepared for inferiority complex though

Regarding overnight plan - can a poll help?

AFAIK you only have JLR accomodation at the top. Will cost about 2750 - 3200 per head (which includes safari and trekking). But I think there are private accommodation facilities too nearby, maybe not on the top. Those should be reasonable.

Guys just a suggestion.If we are going for a safari then i think we should try out the gopalswamy betta and bandipur combo.Its almost the same distance( may be another 40kms extra.).I have never been to gopalswamy betta but they say its really good and its on the way to bandipur.The bandipur safari will be a better option than Br hill .

I checked with JLR and they quoted 3750/- INR per Person but it includes every expense we can think over there including food, trekking, safari etc. So if we do an overnight stay the whole trip inclusive of fuel will be around 5K INR.

I agree that it is a bit elaborate and hence I am open to what you guys decide.
