Last year the tee shirt for ISG2G was designed by a highly self motivated college fresher. Due to unavoidable circumstances could not be part of the meet. However, we sent him a tee just to appreciate his effort in coming up.

Missed this whole thread till date...
Missed the polls..., however., I had an idea of suggesting a place for this year's GTG.,
and, as that too was confirmed.... Am gonna just enjoy the ride this time

Will come up with a tee design in a couple of days.

Hello guys,

Much awaited......

Of all the search over internet and via contacts, we shortlisted few resort/hotels. However, on going by our checklist, first thing which came to our mind was parking. Staying in decent rooms with basic ammenities and finally budget. I had a chance to personally visit couple of them and one of them where our fellow biker Thulasidharan J and Sateesh from Krishnagiri/Bangalore also joined in. Also, our Karthikeyan from Coimbatore had gone to Kodai visited the hotel too, he once again had a word with them and helped closing the deal. Thanks to each one of you.

We have formally received communication from Hilltop Group - Hotel Jai, Kodaikkanal and they have confirmed blocking accommodation for our ISG2G Meet.

Day - 1 - Aug 2 - Dinner, Stay

Day - 2 - Aug 3 - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Stay

Day - 3 - Aug 4 - Starting back from Kodaikkanal
(They serve non-veg on all meals except breakfast)

Visited Hotel Jai which was located slightly away from bustling crowd and not too far away center of the town. I was impressed by the parking lot even before I could get to meet Hotel Manager there. Yes, we could park atlest 70 bikes and it's square and ground was almost leveled. Rooms are well furnished and they have restaurant on the ground floor.

Costs per head is 1800/- (excluding t-shirt)
T-shirt costs - TBD

Thanks to those who shared their tee design work. We will be finalizing the design this week and announce over this thread.

SPOC - Please let the participants know the details and may start collecting money.

You may confirm your participation in this ride by making the payment to your city/location SPOC already announced. Last date for collection will be July 9th.

Pre-ride will be planned and organized by respective SPOC on discussing with their group.

Specific queries and suggestions are always welcome and you may send it to your SPOC.

More details will be shared in due course of time, till then please have a look at the pictures below.

There will be another set of instructions to help newbies so that it helps in their preparation for this ride.

Pillions are welcome. We have had it in previous meets as well provided the pillion also abides by the riding gear rule.

For those planning to get female pillions..

Kindly note: As of now the entire hotel is booked for us based on a rough estimation. The rooms are mostly triple sharing ones. So it would be difficult for us to plan accordingly to accommodate a separate rooms for the couple. Kindly consider this.

This is XBHP ISG2G .. means only privilege given to Xbhp members. that doesn't means that your frnds can't come. they are welcomed ask them to register in xbhp and go through the rules.

^^Just inquired @nagoo!! 'was actually plannin' on draggin someone but I am sure, in all probability, I'll end up comin' alone - happens to me all the time. I, also am the only one in the group who talks bike most of the time... Now, I just hope nothin pops out at the last moment; unforgiving life, you know!!
