Please let me know who is SPOC for arranging the accommodation to avoid any duplication of effort from the xBhp core team. I will then link that SPOC with the xBhp core team over email.

Hilltop towers in kodai has very good stay, offers good price on group bookings and there parking is very good.
One of the good deals we can get there.

One request, please avoid first week if August a it would Ramazan/Eid in that week. After first week anytime it would be good.

There is a team behind the scenes working on the arrangements, kindly send in your suggestions and addtional information via PM to the SPOC given above.

Yes, we will be adding polls shortly so it helps all to block their calendar for this event.

Let me help with the dates
Below are the possible dates , apart from these i don;t think any other week is possible, so included all practical dates .

options :

1. July 19/20/21
2. July 26/27/28
3. Aug 2/3/4
4. Aug 9/10/11
5. Aug 16/17/18


Place :

1. Kodai
2. Munnar
3. Valparai

although we already inclined towards Kodai, still as with our tradition of voting , i have included the other 2 options. [remember even though the distance b/w kodai and munnar are around 170+km they are nearby at least on map]
