Let me help with the dates
Below are the possible dates , apart from these i don;t think any other week is possible, so included all practical dates .

options :

1. July 19/20/21
2. July 26/27/28
3. Aug 2/3/4
4. Aug 9/10/11
5. Aug 16/17/18


Place :

1. Kodai
2. Munnar
3. Valparai

although we already inclined towards Kodai, still as with our tradition of voting , i have included the other 2 options. [remember even though the distance b/w kodai and munnar are around 170+km they are nearby at least on map]

Cochin guys can have fun riding via munnar...

Nagoo, we cannot have two polls simultaneously. We will either have the dates poll first, followed by the location poll. Or we have a multiple choice date and place merged into one poll. Though that will become more confusing.

Is first week of September ruled out ? Can't we include that as well in the dates poll?

Nagoo, we cannot have two polls simultaneously. We will either have the dates poll first, followed by the location poll. Or we have a multiple choice date and place merged into one poll. Though that will become more confusing.

We need a poll for the dates, after discussion with the SPOC's of the different regions we feel that dates for polls should be

1. August 2/3/4
OR
2. September 6/7/8

Reason for selecting only first week of August is that people tend to take long weekend breaks around the 15th of August week. So next most suitable date is the first weekend of September (I know its far away, but September also means slightly more comfortable weather for everyone to ride as well)
