Sold my previous fz with 82k kms on it.
The engine was intact with all stock components.Had a tour to pokhara just before selling it.Bike performed really well.

Again got a 33 lot fz with 18 k kms.It wasnt used for years .So every component is rusted.
    Have been working on it.
Changed fork oil, clutch plates, pressure plates, and some thing called male female, spark plug and few others.
Bike is smooth and performing good but something is preventing it from starting sometimes.
    Else everything is good.

I bought this one for 80k. Spent around 13k on maintainance.
Valve polishing and engine head decarbonization is the only job remaining on the list. Need to check and clean wiring harness. Will get this done as soon as i get some time.
I know a mechanic who has nearly 10 years experiance at yamaha sevice center. He has been running his workshop at Nakkkhu. He takes care of my ride and i assist him .I do most of the minor task by myself.
I like working on my bike.

CBZ was an icon back on its time.Still i can see many of them running. Is it still with you?

Nop i hand it to my friend currently i'm on 200 NS since 2014 and already reached 30K.
One suggestion to you ishwor, if you got spare money to spent on your bike it better to replace the upper engine case then re polishing it cuz the re polishing process doesn't give smoothness to piston and valve as a new one.

            Thanks for suggestion
But my piston and cylinder are perfectly fine. The bike curruntly runng at 22k so the engine has prety much of life left.Valve is good too.
            Its just preventive measure.
I had done the same job with my previous fz at around 40k kms.
Im just doing decarbonization and valve lapping just for shake of peace of mind.

I have been riding NS too. It belongs to my mama. He bought the bike and went abroad. He is now back in Nepal but dont have liscence yet and is not confident in riding. He is used to his scooter. Currntly bike is with him but stays most of the time at home.

Ns had done around 6k kms at around 2 years.

Wow he should have have sold it before? 6K in 2 years is really low.
NS is a really reliable bike in all aspect. I have done 30K in 2 & 1/2 years. And up till now only changed sprocket, air filter and spark plug in 20K (mandatory). Doesn't make a big hole in a pocket.

He bought NS just for sake of passion. He cannot ride bike properly and rides scooter most of time a.He is happy with his bike staying in his garage.
