today i attended xbhp g2g first time. overall experience was very good... thanks for giving me such a nice welcome.

Do not call him unnecessarily, the collection days are from Monday to Friday (10th May to 14th May 2010 from 10 AM to 5.30 PM). A maximum of 2 VIP passes for each member who comes to pick it up. You will have to cite your xBhp id to collect it.

We will try and see if walk in members at the auditions in Delhi on 15th can handed over the passes, please do not rely on this.

Met ravi bhaiya at the event. Felt really great meeting him . Last time i saw him was back there in Jan in auto expo.

Also met Prateek 2210 and another Xbhpian on Black 220 . Many thanks to both of them for for guiding me and my friend to Spice mall.

@Aryan - I normally cycle on weekend mornings. Saturday morning I cycled to Qutub, then Sanjay Van, and exited at the dhaba - got bored, then went back into Sanjay Van and exited at Aruna Asaf Ali Marg.

Would drop by the next g2g (which is like before 8am types - gets bloody hot to cycle post 9)

I need help regarding riding gear - Urgent

OT : Sorry Mods.

xBhpians i am heading out for my first tour tomorrow and i need some riding gear like elbow and knee guards and a jacket as i already have a lid and knuckled gloves with me.

Karol bagh is closed i guess, any other shop nearby West Delhi or in karol bagh which may open shop by evening so i can buy the gears. Dont want to head out on the highways without proper safety gears. I didnt know K. bagh is closed today or else would have gone yesterday itself.
Need your help people.

@coolboy: Good to see you riding out tomorrow. All the very best for your debut ride, and I hope you will follow the 'Safe Ride' tips that you are already aware of, very religiously. Remember, no matter what, ALWAYS ride safe!

As said before, i went and got the complete riding gear i could afford and met Lonewolf - Kabir bhai onboard his black busa at 5 am at Delhi bypass with me on my 220.

It looks a big mismatch but thanks to him he took full care of me and rode his Busa very very sanely as he had already said - safety comes first. Gave me info on hand signals, cooperated with me and we safely reached his home around 10 am with 3-4 stops in between.

He commentd that am a good rider and should keep on increasing my skills safely.

1st tour with a 1300 cc and a man like Kabir, a good start to my touring.

Will make a thread upon reachin back but a BIG THANKS to xBHP and you Da for making me a responsible rider and helpin start my touring career safely.

Thanks a lot for your support. We both have clicked pics (not very scenic) and Lonewolf would create a separate thread with his share of pics and i would add to it by Fri afternoon, thats when we both hit back Delhi i think.
We have some plans for Thu too, some hills where we can get pics.

Hold your horser till then , dont have laptop with me.
