      • Oh.! Take care bro...
HID is good but some people doesn't know know how to use it and drive on single lane road + its very irritable when some people ride on full beam next time use HID on your ride to avoid problem
Take care bro really got shocked.

On Saturday i was going to my friend's place in pratap nagar, on a very narrow road suddenly a car came in front of me, Due to the high intensity light of HID i became totally blind and turned left so as to avoid collision without knowing that in left inova was parked, by the time i saw inova it was too late, it was head on collision, i hit back of the car and my head on the windshield .

                  DAMAGE
                  INOVA- back light, bumper, windshield.
MY BIKE THUNDERBIRD- shockers, whole meter assembly, both the switches, handle bar, brake lever, head light rest, bend pipe, whole wiring etc etc

                  LESSION LEARNED-
                  1. HIDs are very BAD, if they are on high beam one become totally blind.
                  2. Always wear helmet( it saved my life), and riding gears as many as possible even if it is a 100 meter ride coz i was just 150m away from my friend's house when accident occurred.

Aaah!! Aman, that is Bad to know, Listening that you aren't hurt much, gives a relief!

Athough, HID's are not that bad , I know they do attract people like us to look at them, I am sure you must have looking at them.

I hit a maruti one day while noticing that a ZMA just ahead of me was having nice tread for the rear tyre, but i was only at 10kmph, So nothing much Happened!
We kind of pay attention to small small things!

i was not looking at it, it was a single lane( only one car can cross at a time) and car came in front of me.

Sorry to hear about your accident brother. Take care. I don't give these IDIOTS way is they approach on high beam. I just simply slow down & don't nudge from my place

Sorry to hear about your accident bro. Hope you and your ride recover soon.

This is a problem at night and a big problem, even in street light lit areas people travel with hgih beams on. Sometimes even after giving 5-6 dippers they dont lower the beam- i show them hand action to lower the beam after standing in one place as one is always totally blinded- moreso with a HID without projectors.

An eg: An uncle here called me and said his high beam of Maurti is not working. Couldnt diagnose it so said uncle use low beam na, just a10 kms stretch that too nicely lit. He didnt go to the marriage- said i cant drive without high beam

This is a big problem these days, people do not understand the meaning of low beam and high beam and where to use them.
According to many drivers- high beam means more light
