    • Yay! and you have a PM too. If i can get an alternative gear somewhere it'll be fine, like on rent or something, else i'll just sit it out, because i could try my hand at photography instead.

The only reason for the track day being help during the weekday is because we will be getting one whole day (2sessions) no questions asked.

        My number: +919789033600
TIME: Sooner the better in the morning.... session ends in the evening...

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR THE TRACK DAY / RIDER BRIEFING

These are a set of instructions that should be followed during the event to avoid unnecessary confusions at the venue. These are NOT rules being imposed on anyone. These are instructions given to the riders for their safety.
        1. Everyone should be wearing a riding jacket with elbow and shoulder protectors. A minimum of denim jackets with elbow sliders worn on them.
        2. Gloves are mandatory for any rider planning to ride on the tracks.
        3. Shoes which cover the ankle must be used. Snickers are not entertained.
        4. Use of a knee and shin slider or a knee guard is recommended.
        5. The visor of the helmet should always be closed when riding on the track.
        6. Everyone should go around the tracks only in the clockwise direction (Even in the pits) to avoid confusion and any mishaps.
        7. If a person is willing to come into the pits, he should sit up raise one of his hands after exiting the final corner. This is to indicate the rider behind of your intentions.
        8. When a rider enters the race track from the pits, he is to look behind (at the entry of c1) and then enter the track after everyone is gone.
        9. Hooliganism will not be entertained at any point of time. Remember we are not going there to race, but to know about track riding.
        10. If you have any experts on your tail (e.g.: Killer, Joel) try to give way and learn their lines by observing them.
        11. Overtaking is to be done in proper racing style to avoid any accidents, i.e. an overtaking maneuver is to be carried out strictly on the racing line to avoid collision. This clearly explains that one can overtake if the rider in front fails to apex a corner.
        12. Borrowing bikes is allowed only on mutual agreement. Under a condition”YOU BREAK IT, YOU FIX IT”.
        13. Photographers can walk around the track with proper footwear. (keep a look out for snakes. I remember having eye contact with one for three consecutive laps at the chicane before the bridge.)
        14. If a rider finds an oil leak anywhere, try to keep a distance from those patches and avoid sudden braking or acceleration when on them. (Mostly you fill find saw dust already spread on it, so it won’t be difficult to spot them).
        15. I would require all the riders to post their contact number and emergency contact details. (Emergency contact details will also include: Home phone number, Parent/Guardian’s name and relation. People can also PM me these details if they want these to be private).
        16. Once the red flag is out at the start line, everyone is to make an orderly entry into the pits.

        * The emergency contact details is mandatory for every rider below the age of 19.

This is to officially put in a claim if ELD is not participating. Your knee sliders are mine. XD :P
Oh, the session fees are the same, right? 400 for half a day? And ARE we looking at hiring a mechanic and a physio? How much are we going to be shelling out?

I confirm my entry. I'm in for sure.

I guess I'll start making a list of confirmed participants so far.

If people crash or stop for any reason (taking picture, help crashed people...), don't stay in ejection trajectory (outside of turn).

If another people miss the turn , or crash also he can hit any people or bike in ejection trajectory... So better leave quickly dangerous area, and better to stay inside turn (opposite side of ejection trajectory).

I don't know if it is clear.

But if you look some rally crash videos in you tube you can understand what i mean ... about peoples who are staying in ejection trajectory.

                  • Looks like i'm shit out of luck, 18th Dec. happens to be my very first day at Internship, after my college suddenly decided to start the internship program earlier than intended. There is absolutely no way of me attending the track meet unless i'm ready to fail the paper. Sorry man Wonder i honestly thought i could make it stick this time.

We're trying to start an initiative where we're gathering enough photos or videos
of erratic Swiggy/Zomato/UberEats riders across all cities so we can cast a spotlight
on this issue and try and sort it out. If you video-record as you ride, or have a
dash-cam in your car, or can take SAFELY photographs of instances where these riders
are creating a nuisance by riding recklessly on the roads, PLEASE share the same with
us on the thread above. Appreciate it!
