Don't you think that's a bit monotony? The same team for the past 4 years. Why not give the newer generation a chance under your guidance? I know it's a debatable topic but sharing a personal thought here. Waiting for the updates.

Jay, there is nothing like not giving a chance to others but more of an initiative. Unless one speaks out to their respective team none would be able to guess whats in their mind. Talk to Kochuvm/Swaroop.
