We ( the Cbe chapter of Xbhp ) had some plans to ride in FEB so Ride in March is ruled out. And My Personnel opinion is let's not hurry this and think we need atleast 2 - 3 months to plan all these.

Had to do all these

1. Finalization of Dates ( Poll. )
2. Finalization of place ( Poll )
3. Finding accommodation
4. Some one had to visit accommodation personally before confirming
5. Negotiation with hotel guys
6. Finalising food menu
7. Calculating cost
8. Creating registration form
9. Initiating and finalising Tee design
10.Conducting pre ride
11. Money collection.

Note : some might may already had their plans for March and April, there are bikers who are studying in colleage and some
May tight on their monthly expense.

There is no point if we don't have a limited no of participants.

SO LETS NO HURRY

As I pointed out every part of organisation will takes its own time.

PS : I am saying all these since I am part of ' O ' team for the past years of ISG2G.

I hope swaroop, sri, praful and phaniker will agree to the points I had pointed out.

It is very easy to say it on paper and it becomes hard when on execution.

I ALSO WELCOME IF SOME ONE COME FORWARD to take all the pain in coordinating with all the members across all states and organising this event

I don't have any Personnel issue with any one with this forum . I AM JUST SHARING MY THOUGHT.

I have to say this post definitely felt more involving of everyone as participants from everywhere. If polls and time is given then it's bound to get better numbers rallying up... There are also newbies like me, plenty... who'll take time to gather up, meet a couple of times in local G2Gs, ride together and get a little acquainted with the ways of xBhp and xBhpians. Its another matter if we don't want numbers, I could be mistaken.

Currently Kerala guys are studying location possibilities and other aspects including bringing in masses to the event.

Allow some time to figure out primary things and Swaroop will come up with details once things are figured out.

Thanks for tagging me Aargee and starting the thread, I completely missed this post thanks to my busy life for sometime.

karthiktup - Very well said. I helped Sri in coordinating few things during Kodai ISG2G and can understand what you exactly mean here.

As Sunnyside_up! always says - ' Any place, Any time' is good for me. Only difference will be I'll be joining the Bangalore group for the ride.

@aargee Dude, I read your post regarding the poll. I think that the core staff is busy due to AutoExpo coverage, Xbhp stall there, etc. Meanwhile, I'm at the workplace myself as I post this.

In the evening, I(or another Mod) will add a poll to this thread, after completely reading it, in patience. Meanwhile, do give me your suggestions regarding the poll questions/ options via PM. Actually, I received a PM from another member regarding this thread..

Once the final details are posted in a post here, anyone from the staff can separate that post, create a new thread of that post, and maybe, close this thread to avoid confusion & double discussion.

With current state I think the event is going to be post summer, ie may be September or so. In that case its better to have the poll at a later stage.

For those who have not noticed there is another ISG2G being planned which includes KA as well, we need to plan ours so that it doesn't clash with theirs.

We can plan for 2nd Oct to 5th Oct. We have a good four days in hand. If people are willing to take leave on 3rd Oct. And for people like me who have holiday on 3rd Oct don't have to worry.
