What a nice news on a Monday Morning ...
I am from Bangalore and definitely interested and if no hell breaks loose I am coming.

I guess you already know that organizing an Interstate G2G can be quite a daunting task.

Few things I can remember is finalizing date,place , then resort (which involves making frequent visits & calls ),ensure parking, finalising the food, activities, budget then collection,aggregation and so many ... not to make anyone nervous

Like what I saw in the last South ISG2G in Kodai, we need few dedicated guys(SPOC) from all the states.
Guys like [MENTION=20165]phanikar[/MENTION] & [MENTION=10473]Praful[/MENTION] have been doing this for the Bangalore Chapter in the South ISG2G .

Places suggestions from my side :
Tadoba Andheri Tiger reserve
Aurangabad ( Ajanta Ellora caves)
Nanded

Date suggestions:
Extended weekends on end March or April

Rationale - Approximately equidistant from all the States and should be easy to find out & reach (read good roads).

P.S. : Can we include other states like Andra & Goa if have riders & enthusiasm.

Now how do we decide the dates and the location...?

For dates-
There are a couple long weekends coming up in March & April...

For location-
I think we can start by finalizing a state, I think MH would be feasible for both GJ & KA riders...

www.subhanbeachresort.com is one such place I visited in Nov last year, can accommodate around 50-60 riders with parking...

Summers start in a month's time.

Is this the best time to do this ? Not saying people don't ride in summers, just saying this is the first time these states are having a G2G, and it should be of epic proportions!

As per discussion going on "WHATSAPP"
1) Since this is first G2G for MH+GUJ+KAR, let MH guys host it for the first time.
2) Lets keep it for March(3rd weekend) or April(1st weekend, 2nd weekend or 3rd weekend) in worst case(I know only one month is left but as discussed we can decide on it).
3)I will suggest for Mahabaleshwar. Sanchit Apratim and Rachit please pour in your suggestions.
4) @SuvraGanguly, [MENTION=41586]Divya Sharan[/MENTION], @seahorses - Bangalore chapter SPOCS, tagging you all here as you all can continue your planning with MH and GUK guys.

(1) 29th & 30th March

(2) 19th & 20th April.

above are based on holidays.

18th April is Good Friday... If you take a day off on Monday, 21st April then you'll have good 4 days in hand... GJ and KA people will get enough time to ride + relax...
