Good to see the thread.

I'd suggest we club Goa XBhpians too. @stefanm, what say? Would be fun.
Too many things to do in a little amount of time.

1. Decide on dates and location.
2. Bookings as per head count after money deposit in each city's/state's head SPOC account.
3. Tee design finalization so that it can be printed and distributed.

+1 to divyas idea, if not that I would like to further suggest why not have the meet somewhere in Goa itself.

Agreed tht if this takes place in April the heat is going to act like a WMD but still with the meet somewhere in Goa I guess everyone would have a considerable distance to ride.

Saputara seems to be a nice place for me..however, i guess we should let the Maharashtra brothers decide upon the place as they are hosting the G2G this time.
@saquib3005 and @beruoist can we start off with the poll with couple of options as the destination? the soon we start off the poll, the sooner we would be able to decide over the place

agree with Divya, but let us not forget one thing that this is the first time we are jamming with MH and GJ..the more state we jam in, the more difficult it would be to get the poll results from everyone and plan stuff as because we have a little more than 1 month in our hands. I would suggest that this year let it be MH+GJ+KA (to avoid any complexity) and try to make this a grand success. There is always next year bro! Just a suggestion though..

Lets keep some place which is kind of equidistant for all states. Not like GJ/KA doing 1000+ kms and MH guys walking to the place.

Was been planned for long time. All thanks to MH and GUJ guys along with @SuvraGanguly @Divya Sharan @snehithpereira and @seahorses to plan up things this time. Thiis one gonna be really cool indeed.

Lets the dates be finalised and more votes come-in. Also lets not stop ourself in inclusion of any other states. Goa being in between KAR and MH, will not be problem for them to join, rather they should be included(for being a fav spot from next year and also they should be part of any G2G).

If it is Maharashtra hosting a G2G then it has to be a beach. Konkan region is the pride of MH. Divya, you stole my thoughts.... But I am not sure of the lodging options at Ganpatipule...
