Wierd!!!

Well, I was going to go for my first ride to lavasa with the group. This is what happened.

Was supposed to meet up at 6:15 at CC. 5:30, got ready, move out at 5:35, 5:45 dad calls, needs to be dropped at Yerwada. Go back all the way, pick him up from home and drop him. 6:15 Rohit calls, I tell him to move ahead and I will join the group. Ride fast, fuel filled up at RTO BP coco pump...reached CC by 6:50. Here the fun starts
Was riding quick, (BTW only time ever to lavasa was in a car with friends), kept going for 25-27 kms, road deteriorates, full of potholes, was thinking maybe, the road is bad. 5 kms more, the road is too narrow. There is a small village, the guy looks at me incredulously when I ask him the road to Lavasa, he is like, you came too far ahead, ride back 25 kms, then near .....etc....
So I ride back and then decide not to go to lavasa...till next time!

Not an issue.I'll plan my ride accordingly.Leaving from madras on 28th morning.If you can let me know by 27th night,ill manage.
Its the first time i'll be on a long ride and also on the ghats so i guess ill make a couple of extra stops to click using my old canon t50
