Nonetheless I would think the following,
- Clutch/Accy cable
- Spare plug - (Not required if you recently changed/ got it checked)
- Fuses (really small and can be carried around)
- Tubeless puncture repair kit if you have one
None of these are really required if you arent going too far from civilization and not going alone.
awesome trip plan..
Add proper rain gears for self and luggage.. and change of cloth as it would be raining 24X7
Do carry a medical kit.. with normal antibiotics, basic skidding first aid, torch. Always good to be prepared..

The Dude in lost pages who wants a perf kit for ZMR... try finding parts for Honda CRF230.. a oversized piston kit would do good... AFAIK the FI on ZMR is connected to programmable ECU... so it could do better than the R15 in that context... I hope by reprogramming HH didnt mean different face plates of colour to house the ECU :P
