I know I am posting at a very short notice but you GOTTA still wake up from your respective sleep and punch me what route I should take if I wanna reach Andheri East, Mumbai-99 ! Air Cargo Complex.

I fear Mumbai for its maze like roads for the size of the city overwhelms me. I have never been to Mumbai before and the task of riding to Andheri on my Blade appears to be so ardous to me that my mind likens it to a saddle sore attempt. Now that you know the gravity of my problem please gimme solutions already !

What traffic should I expect. I am leaving pune at 6am to reach Andheri East by 10:30am. Does that make sense ?

no it doesn't actually. coz that's rush hour.
but you shudn't have issues till you get to vashi.

but you'll need a proper 90 minutes to reach the airport from vashi.
so plan accordingly.

Dear Mr. Aggravated tenhut

From panvel head straight to belapur - thane highway

take left turn for airoli & join eastern express highway

go straight & take a right from under the bridge to powai

continue straight as you pass hiranandani than climb up the jogeshwari link bridge in front of L&T

continue straight till you reach the end & than turn left

That road takes you straight towards link road

keep continuing till you join western express highway --than take a left

continue sometime than again take left on sahar road & you are there

I would have accompanied you as your time coincides with me but unfortunately I am at a customer meet at a different location

In case you get stuck refer to indian gps of asking around

^^ the roads you talking about don't exist in Mumbai!
what you should be worried about is traffic (at what time n where)..

I can tell you the similarity: Both have same traffic and both would be confusing if don't have someone to lead you!

For the powai route, roads get bad after Powai till your destination, but that would be just 4-5kms.
For the other route, Ketan would be knowing better.

i haven't been on da one DK suggested.

but mine's got tar n bit of concrete too...
mainly made up of mains-roads n highway...
and has virtually no bads spots all da way to andheri.

twil be real genteel on da RR suspension.
