I am kochu from Cochin.
I am sorry for tresspassing to your ride limits but please feed me some info.

I have to relocate to Pune soon, Have got an offer from Aptara, Pune.

Can you tell me appropriate areas I must look for accommodation.
I will be alone for few months(Till I get married)
What will be approximate Rent and advance for a 1/2 bedroom flat nearest to the following address.

Aptara -
3rd Floor, Metropole Building, Bund Garden Road, Next Inox Theatre, Bund Garden Road, Pune, Maharashtra 411001

Convenient place for you would be Viman Nagar.. Its around 3-4 kms from your office. Even if you dont have your bike with you, you will get local transport for commuting.

The rates for aprtments will be slightly on higher side in Viman Nagar - 1 BHK - fully furnished - 8-11K.

Mundhwa or Kharadi would be slightly ahead of Viman Nagar but less costly..1 BHK - 7-9K.

Another place you can think of is Yerwada.. which is very close to your office.. not sure about prevailing rates there. Yerwada is at walking distance from your office.

Ashish was the fastest guy in Raid (beating all cars).. he was ahead by more than 1.5 hours from #2 and beat foreign riders (who are paris-dakar class) riding KTMs..

This guy is the future of Indian 2W motorsports in rally-raid events..

you can try Somnath Nagar or Chandan Nagar or Wadgaonsheri if you are tight on budget..... Somnath Nagar & Chandan Nagar are on highway and conveyance will be easy.....

good going bhai.... waise, i agree with antz.. complete the run in smoothly and then gun for the long rides.. the engine wil last longer (i dont know how much but still why take chances)

Yeah sure my friend. Will resume what I used to do at Cochin with you guys..
And the roads are really good their and my machine will run out of breath more often. Cochin pune is 1200 kms So my job is a nice reason to ride long.
