The Speed of the bike might be around 30~40, right ? and he crashed on Loose soil.

Forks normally won't bend as long as there has been no frontal impact. I feel this could be a different Duke from the one you people saw crashing. And as for the radiator, thats the first thing to break in any collision with frontal damage.
Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

Chandani Chowk, Pune, Maharashtra, India to Chandani Chowk, Pune, Maharashtra, India - Google Maps

This Khed is on NH17, before Chiplun (when going towards Goa from Mumbai). Total distance is around 360km's, so if you guys start at 5am and plan to be home by 8pm. It should be possible even for Mumbai folks (who would be riding more than Pune guys).

But finally it all will depend on the pace of the group. So, this ride can also give you an idea about the safe speed that the group can ride at, to help you plan your day wise trip destinations.
Ideally it should be around 3hrs for Chandani Chowk - Tamhini - Mangaon (103kms), Panvel - Mangaon is ~98km's should take around 2.5hrs in early morning for Mumbai riders.
Around 2hrs for Mangaon - Khed (~87kms). Around 4hrs for Khed - Bhor (~117kms). Around an hr from Bhor - Chandani Chowk (~53kms). Total = 10hrs of riding time + 2hrs for Mumbai guys to reach Panvel from Chandani Chowk.
(The times are rough estimates, actual will depend on the riding speed).
Did the same route (except for the Mahad - Khed - Mahad section on NH17), sadly the
Varanda ghat is in very good condition (except for a small section under construction), there is no sign of the gravel I used to love seeing. At places its bumpy but over all no where close to the non-tarmac sections one will see in regular routes of Ladakh.
Mulshi - Tamhini is again a bit bumpy but again no where close to the non-tarmac sections one will see in regular routes of Ladakh.
One suggestion, if someone hasn't ridden much on 2lane road, please take it easy & be careful on NH17, the traffic is a bit rowdy - something you can expect in the Udhampur - Patnitop - Batote section.

Regarding the time that will be needed, I guess Pune to Pune, the entire route can be done in 12hrs with a nice nap break in between . If you are slower than that, please reconsider your Manali - Delhi in a day's plan.
