Even todays ride comes with the fall.... RAM had a fall @ Exp way just few meters before the police station while retuning from khopoli... as that was a turn and he was cornering that there was a oil spil out there had a good damage to bike... ram had a little scratch's but was pretty much saved by the gears...those stupid police guys standing across the road did not even bother to check why that happned...

Sorry Vishwas, couldn't come for the G2G today. Got your msg yesterday. I reached home at 9.30 pm yesterday and was very tired to ride early in the morning. I hope Shrinath will give me treat for his new bike, some other day

Sad that I could not make into G2G (Bike dint get serviced , damn this honda service center . didnt even bother to take my bike for service as there were enough already) . . Still , could not control my urge sitting back home , rode to lavasa and came back Hope to get my remaining riding gears soon , and join up the ride next time And congrats to srinath for a bike

The news was as follows.....

Today, eight BHUKKADS had lunch that was given by a generous person who was riding blue coloured superbike.... The sbk had R15 writen over it... The 7 BHUKKADS had a pot full of lunch over which, key skills of makin bhang , chicken tatteys were were discussed.. an awesome g2g...

I am glad I rode the blade to the g2g. Earlier plan was to ride gamers P220RRFi
Felt real nice to cruise on her after millions of years.

Ram is perfectly fine
Few bruises on the left arm thats it.It was a oil spill

Glad to hear that Ram is safe... 'oil' spill around that area is pretty common if you ask me. Especially considering the amount of truckers that ply on those roads!!!!

I believe that Antz is now shifting to Mumbai. (his tendency of not being present for an activity initiated by himself will ensure his instant fit with mumbai crowd)

Anyway, he woke up after insistent calling by various riders from Lonavala but was game enough to join us at Lonavala even before we had finished our breakfast. (It is another matter that we took more than couple of hours to have breakfast)

I was game enough to reach Lonavala from my place in under 45 minutes. And thanks for conferring the honor but I feel I am not adequately qualified to be amongst this league. I am sorry for oversleeping yesterday morning and so please don't banish me to Mumbai . The only reason I got lazy to come to Lonavala in the morning was because I had been there the previous night too. But later I realised that people would be expecting me to show them around to the Dirt track so I zoomed off to RK.

@All who came to Automission Dirt Track, Khopoli I hope you liked the concept of the facility in its current underprepared form... it is a surely treat to ride on when fully prepared. I really felt that everyone should have at least taken a look all around the track before leaving. Anyways, I am glad you people came and would readily arrange a track day whenever I am told to do so at least 3 days in advance.

For everyone who don't know yet, there is a autocross/motocross event being held at the aforementioned track on Sunday, 26th of December (Boxing day). I don't have further details but what I do know is the track would be unavailable from 19th December onwards. They will be preparing the track for the event during that period. What I have arranged for though is that they will call us back to let us know when they want to use us like Guinea pigs for testing the prepared track. . The owner of the place is currently on his way back from Kolhapur to Mumbai and so I will get in touch with him as soon as he reaches somewhere and also discuss the possiblilty of renting out bikes for our dear 'Superbike Owner' friends. Also, actually renting track prepped bikes over there is actually a much better way to learn and enjoy the track than wrestling with and ruining our own underprepared road bikes.

Agreed with Part II. It is not easy to let go of such a good group. So Ashu, your wish of me leaving Pune group will not be granted so fast . Anyways.. why didn't you come yesterday.. still angry with the 'Rude Punekar' discussion?
