Even I was looking out for the same and was directed to some shop in Kothrud by someone which I still trying to find...
(No I did not search properly...
I guess it would cost 300-400 rupees..

My questions:
1.Why is fixing a patch needed from 'inside'..?
2. Why would the tire look yucks..? It almost disappears after a 100-200 kms.
