            OK guys back to topic..

            So how are we going to prepare for this trip. I'm ready to stretch it for few days (read 3-4 days) anyone game for it?

            But preparations:
            1.> front and rear Tube
            2.> Bungee cords
            3.> Engine Oil
            4.> Clutch and Brake wire
            5.>Extra headlamp and rear bulb
            and ... what more?

              Sherry paaji, here are a few things that we should have from my side,

              6. Torch
              7. Tool kit (if any body has it) or at least some basic tools.
              8. Medical supplies like antiseptic lotion, band-aids, crape bandage etc.
              9. An extra spark plug
              10. Telephone numbers & addresses of authorized service centers in the
              area to be toured (if any)
              11. water (a must, have at least a litre of water even on non-remote
              routes in your luggage)
              12. Route map
              13. Cameras & camcorders

              Others, please add to this list, & finally one of us can compile all & ask the moderator to put it up in the beginning of this thread.

                  No problem with you bringing the car along, we wont mind a back up vehicle ..

                  Mega event is a part of all india xbhp ride/castrol power1hunt, in few city feom where the ride will pass this even will happen, this will be a contest where bikers can take part to prove that he/she is the most passionate biker of india, on stake is one "One" yes you got it right fella, the prize is Yamaha YZF R-1.                     Extra headlamp and rear bulb
                    Torch
                    Tool kit (if any body has it) or at least some basic tools.

                        ok guys....so you all seem to be enthusiastic about the Ride..... will be posting a comprehensive MUST HAVE list along with SEE-IF-YOU-WANT list..... I have most of the supplies like the torch, tool kit, medical kit, Punture repair etc.....so guys, just make sure that you get your Bike in a fit condition plus make sure to carry your personal things.....bungee cords and all.... baki sab apun take care kar lega along with Aryan, Lapoo, Imran...and yes we have a back up Vehicle too(courtesy desi deep)...so I may Bring My Ladki dost. Lets see.who all are bringing a pillion???

                          Sherry Good that you are preparing well, but believe me Ride to Chail is not through NO-HUMANS land. you will get almost everything under the sun and under the moon and stars on the way. but its always better to be properly equipped. Cheers.

                            Must Have List...lol!
                            • RC, Insurance, PUC and DL.
                            • Bike Spare Key.
                            • Basic Tool kit.
                            • Wire Cutters, Pliers, Steel Blades, some wire, spare bike fuse etc.
                            • Basic Control Cables, Spark Plug
                            • Extra headlight and other bulbs.
                            • Engine Oil etc.
                            • Electric and brown tape
                            • Torch
                            • Mobile Chargers.
                            • Route map.
                            • Puncture repair Kit, spare tubes in case of Tube type tyres.
                            • Foot Pump.
                            • Few Poly Bags
                            • Rain suit.
                            • Polythene Sheets ( to cover the luggage in case it rains)
                            • Some Sheets of Old Newspaper.
                            • Cosmetic Kit. (Includes Soap, Toothpaste, Comb, Toothbrush etc.)
                            • First aid Kit (includes Savlon, Cotton, wire Gauge, Band-Aid, Pain Relief spray, Crepe bandage, Disprin, Paracetamol Tablets, and Pain Killers etc.)
                            • A small compact hair drier (to dry off shoes and other items in case they get wet).
                            • In Case of Emergency Numbers.
                            • Cameras and spare batteries.
                            • Bungee Cords, Bungee nets etc.
                            • some strong rope
                            • Licensed revolver/pistol.
                            • Water Bottle
                            • Extra Fuel.




                            Well, the above things are what you may need in case if you are going solo or in case if you are going on a trip to Remote areas where Help is not beyond the bend. However, in case if you are going to places that has more Humans then Trees, then you may delete few things as per requirement.
