are you sure about the bhilai showroom? it must be more than 3 years old man, i have seen loads of CG-07 yamaha bikes, including R15s, in bhilai for ages...i would guess the dealership changed at some point and the new one is 3 yrs old...

Yes i am pretty sure because when I purchased my R15 ( 2012 ) from bhilai, the showroom from where I purchased closed ( I should say bankrupt) then another showroom started ( niks yamaha ) in 2013.
There was another showroom in Durg ( near BIT ) but only sales was there.

Regarding roads of Bilaspur it has been in pathetic condition and traffic sense is negligible. Raipur city roads have been improved by huge margin, bhilai roads were always good problem was with durg roads that too are improving.

Purchase it from ktm Raipur it costs ₹800 something or even you can try shell advance ultra costs ₹707 at amazon.

It's good although 7100 is better but it can be used as a good alternative. Some friends are using in their cbr250r and they find it good.

shell advance[emoji15] is it good if we compare it with 7100?

Shell advance AX7 is crap, Purely overrated oil.
Motul 7100 is cheap on amazon, if you want you can buy motul in raipur

1. KTM showroom near RKC college
2. Chhabra / chhabaria enterprises , its near shahid smarak building, ask anyone they will tell you.

Best is order online for 3-4 bottles and pm seller to decrease price for bulk ordering.

And seller is Charing 200rs shipping for each bottle [emoji29] what if i use 10w50 instead of 20w50 because only one seller has 20w50 rest are selling 10w50

Order from amazon shipping is free. Or when you visit Raipur you can buy it directly from here. There's another motul dealer in MG road here in Raipur which has all grades of engine oil including 300V.

Recently ramkund ktm has also stocked 7100 10W50 grade.

Dont change grade, if in vain use Gulf 20w50 , valvoline 20w50 . These will do the job good till 1.6-1.8k kms.

Sir was referring to shell advance ultra fully synthetic oil. But shell advance AX7 is not good compared to motul.

AX7 FS is again overrated oil, not much benefits in less displacement engines like ours, So use fresh oil semi synth types instead of expensive FS oils for longer durations.

This Sunday our G2G ride was at barnawapara.

Plan started to build on Saturday, initially we decided to go chilpi valley or keshkal valley. But dropped the idea and then we took unanimously decision of going to barnawapara wildlife sanctuary.

Total five members were there in this ride.

Srinath- KTM Duke 390
Chandan ( Myself ) - R3
Aditya - KTM Duke 390
Inder - Benelli 600i
Rahul - RE Standard 500

Barnawapara is roughly 135kms from Raipur. We decided to meet at 6:00 AM at oswal petrol pump Raipur but Srinath, aditya and rahul sir were coming from bhilai so they got little late and then we started at 6:30 AM.

Roads are nice, four lane, smooth tarmac. We have to take turn left from kuhri village road from there on roads are two lane but very good. Roads are good till sirpur but after that next 40-45kms are very bad/ no roads till barnawapara and it will be in worst state during rains.

But our inder sir and Srinath who love off roads were smoothly going over these roads. We already took break breakfast at sirpur.

We reached barnawapara at 9:45 AM. Rested there for few minutes. And then again we started to go back to Raipur but from patewa. We thought this road would be good but we were wrong. After going about 15kms aditya told us that he needs to refuel he's running on reserve last 50kms and there were no fuel pumps for next 75kms. Then after 40kms aditya's bike stalled because of no fuel. Petrol pump was still 10kms far then we bought a litre of petrol from that bunk then again started our journey back to Raipur. We reached Raipur at 12:40PM.
