The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

      • SilkBoard junction is a large place and would be hard to look for people there. I'd suggest to go a little ahead, perhaps in front of BMW or Audi showrooms. There is a lot of place for many riders to park and wait and to organize themselves. Vishal Megamart is not clearly visible from the road and would like to be skipped easily.

        • Prajwal bhai, thanks for the input. I feel at 5:30 the place will b almost empty. If we find difficulty we can go ahead to stop at a free space and two or 3 riders we can stay at silkboard to pick other riders.

            • @john: Could you post up the meeting point too?
Im in agreement with Prajwal. The BMW or Audi showrooms would be a better landmark than just the silk board junction.

@avin: As of now, Im thinking of riding through the city rather than taking the ORR route. Will keep you updated in case there is a change of plan.

@tibby: Will post up here once the meeting point is decided. Will PM sunil sir asap.

I think we should go through the city.. Will be shorter, & empty early in the morning..
I suggest, guys from sadashivnagar, sanjaynagar, r.t.nagar, etc can meet up outside Le Meridien (opp Karnataka Golf Course).. Time we can decide in due course..

                            • I dont think there is any comfortable waiting area in front of Le Meridian. Pick up a spot where u can get off the bike during the waiting period. Can't do that on the road. Perhaps Cauvery petrol bunk would be a better idea?

Thanks for the input Prajwal! You have a point there..
Since Cauvery theatre petrol bunk would be on the other side of the road, I think members coming from RT Nagar, Sanjaynagar, Sadashivnagar etc. can meet up at the bus stop immediately after Cauvery Theatre (when going towards Windsor Manor/ Le Meridien/ Karnataka Golf Course).. Its just before the BDA office flyover.. Its called Palace Gutahalli bus stop..
The road is a 3-laner there, & so we can get off our bikes too, as there will hardly be any vehicular movement..
IMO, we should meet up at 4.45am & leave latest by sharp 5.00am (i.e keeping 15 mins buffer), as we have to reach Silk Board Junction at 5.30am..

Pls chip in, if anyone has a better suggestion..
