I guess it will take a hit on the bike's normal running or "Performance" whatever it is called because of the oil sludge that might or might not have formed inside. Keep ur fingers crossed. Although it's highly unlikely for the sludge formation, If I was you I wouldn't mind buying a fresh can of 4T oil & drain the old one & get the new one in. Afterall pls. be aware that we are all using wet clutch & not the dry type to care less about the way it will survive.Originally posted by Naughty VaIsH View Posti reached home .. well found my brand new bike fully covered with cement dust ... and the service date is today 3rd one .. but i rode some 100km after 2nd .. so thinking of doing it after the vagamon ride .. well i hope that wont harm my bike and its performance ..
I have to sincerely thank you for taking the pain of bringing the spares from Cochin. If you don't mind will it be possible to courier it to my office address? I would suggest you to change the oil before you go to cochin tomorrow. Oil change is a very..very simple process. Just open the drain nut below the engine, let the oil drain like 15-20 mins. Put the nut back, fill the engine with a good quality 4T oil with exact measurements (say 1000ml or so...depends on how much your bike requires) Drive to cochin with a complete peace of mind. Beat this...?Originally posted by Naughty VaIsH View Postso you mean i better take it for a service...as i am going to cochin tomorrow .. i can do the service there ? well i am not good at technical details .. could not follow what you have said above hehehe

@vaish:jus one small thing!! I dont know whether your bike has a washer for the drain bolt!! but if there is one, then make sure it is fit correctly and not leaking!!If i was you i would change the washer also for a peace of mind!!Originally posted by dual disc 200 View PostI would suggest you to change the oil before you go to cochin tomorrow. The best thing would be to buy in Bangalore. As Vaish said, CBE is very costly...Originally posted by vineshp View PostThanks Suru for quick reply!
What will be price range?
Thanks! Cochin is too far away for me buddy, if not in CBE, I'll try Bangalore.
