I too hope problem gets over ... but always in the past karnataka tension has always fired up for atleast 2-3 months ...
Avoiding better is the key!

These guys get fiery and turn hooligans when they see TN number plates.
Riding as a group with TN number plates with surely seek attention.

OT:- We have seen in the past where there were issues faced by motorists during water sharing disputes and stand-off between state govt of KA and TN. The best we can do is while crossing the border/village need to split the group into fewer so that there is a lesser chance of getting their attention. However, I only wish that issue subdues as time goes by. Let's keep a tab on the current affairs for now.

The thread is about bikes & riders - agreed ... but matured riders have to think about all the safety ... and most importantly about family back home after the ride ... Think about many big rides coming up in the future and don't risk lives for one single ride!!

The best, easiest and safest idea to avoid any mishap will be to meet up with KL riders at some intersection - ride with them and come back with them! This way you are a bigger group and noone really cares!

Our route was Coimbatore - Pollachi - Thalanar Estate - Valparai - Sholayar Dam - Athirampally - Thrissur - Shoranur - Palakkad - Coimbatore
I wud luv to do the Sholayar dam - Athirampally route again and again.

We also took the same route. I'm yet to process the photos, next time I go home, will process and upload... woes of not having a laptop....

Boss, most probably I'll be riding with Cochin team as I have to be at Cochin during last week of Oct, so if office allows me to work few days from Cochin office, I'll join them. Any way I'll join the pre ride here.
