We are here for XBHP not for you!

As i know XBHP there are no rules except riding responsibly!
Why are you making this complicated with your unwanted ego?
Who are you to deny a senior member a gtg ride?

Can some moderator from XBHP interfere here and clear the air?
Some senior member wants to ride for a gtg and Karthik makes some unwanted rule and preventing him from riding?

Pls show some maturity and give justice to a seasoned rider who wants to ride to a gtg.

I think all are equal at XBHP and noone can deny anyone a ride.
This is pure discrimination!

Xbhp provides platform for biking enthusists to share passion knowledge and advise on safe riding but it is US who takes it forward. We have entrusted responsibility to Karthikeyan Velusamy from Tiruppur to lead from CBE side for this ISG2G. Do you have a problem?

There are no contraints to join ISG2G but there are few basic requirements to abide with.
None getting paid for organizing ISG2G.
Xbhp is not conducting this ISG2G but members.
Xbhp provides platform for biking brotherhood.
Like any of you, I initiated the idea of ISG2G meet this year.

As you are a knowledgible and have done many road trips would expect your support to CBE team to gear up for this meet will be highly appreciated even though you have opted out. Engaging yourself in petty talks is not looking good.

@JOSH:- Karthikeyan has discussed about your interest for this meet. He will let you know on this if not already.
@Karthikeyan:- I'm proud that you are leading CBE team and your contribution to this ride is highly appreciated. Please let me know if you require any help from my side.

I'm not taking sides here, I'm friends with all parties here. But saying Josh cannot join us is not right. What if he rides solo to the destination? Or with a different group who is already comfortable in riding with him? Xbhp is an open community, there are actually no restrictions in joining xbhp. Let's please try and keep it that way, enjoy riding, make friends and move on.... Peace...

Hi Everyone, I have read through *some* of the posts and I think it's an issue of misunderstanding caused by the right intentions only. No one involved here means disrespect or wants to show unnecessary show of authority, however let me delve a little bit deeper into this. All said and done, xBhp is here for everyone, and if a member is doing efforts to carry out this in a planned way, let us try to understand.

I am also denied a ride to the g2g because i due to some family circumstances could not attend the pre-ride.
You as a rider know how disheartening, heartbreaking it feels!
I don't know if u were a part of last year's g2g ... i was there in wayanad ... there was no pre-ride last year.
And as JOSH was part of many g2g's before and there were no pre-rides anytime before.
If you want to have a pre-ride pls have it only for any new comers and not for seasoned riders.
I am a seasoned rider and proud to have done more 30000 clicks all over India including Pangi valley, Sach pass, etc...
Being a part of XBHP, i have the right to choose my rides and cannot be compelled into a ride by any sort as a rule which really disturbs ...
I don't want to go into this further, I wud like to join the g2g if i still allowed.
And, reg, getting paid ... nobody expect to get paid at xbhp dude

& Kindly do not form any mandatory rules for riding ... Let's keep it short & simple ... Any rider can ride his wish!

Finally ... Love, Peace & Ride ... Still hoping to ride the G2G with Josh if allowed.

Pre-ride is considered important as there will be newbies excited, nervous, over-confident and even scared to interact with others in the group. The pre-ride gives them the chance to mingle with the others, know each other, educate, point out the shortcomings, share best practices and most importantly know each's riding style. It will also give some insight to their machine if any noticible problem surfaces so that the same can be rectified before the ride date. Let's not pull example of what was done during earlier G2G. That's immaterial here. You have a leader and I believe the information for pre-ride was posted on the form with sufficient time. Now, digging into what happened to you or anyone who could not join the ride is not my focus.

No, I was not there for Wayanad but for InterState G2G 2011 held at Munnar. We had pre-rides every location participated if my memory is good. If those who organize the G2G earlier did not conduct pre-ride is it upto them. So can't quote as an example to get an excuse. Let me not interfere too much as who can ride and who cannot, that'll be Karthikeyan's role.

Think again, when you have rights to choose to be a part of the ride or not, what will happen if others start to think if they don't want ride with a particular person? Words like these will have receiprocation.

Ghats, corners, highways and town roads needs your complete focus and 100% eye for details while riding. So, let's Run to the Hills!

guys.... it really feels good to see this thread up back in action again... a very warm welcome to all the new riders in the team, hope to ride with you'll soon... you have some of the very best and experienced riders among you'll as senoirs like RAM,SURU,KARTHIK,DEEPAK,VIJAY - just follow them and enjoy your ride safely.

@ Ram,suru,vijay,dpak - guys this ISG2G i've got only one thing to say - JUST SMOKE 'EM UP GUYS : )

@ karthik - bro i completely understand the need of the hour and as a senior member will abide by the rules of the forum and with the group's decision. It is our duty to set an example to new riders and cannot break or bend them as per our needs. It is saddening and disappointing not being able to ride but there is always a next time and we will ride together soon.

@ CBE TEAM - have a safe and successful trip guys... waiting to ride with you'll in the near future.
