Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
    The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

    THE END

Let's come back in One Piece...As we have our loved ones awaiting our safe arrival...
Oh yes, Ram ji, we're all gonna be back in one piece with lots of memories to cherish with.

You mean courier or scan it and send it ji? Both will take time and not all are gonna be able to do that ji, at least IMHO. License wise, I guess everyone should be fine. Just insurance and PUC are the main drivers I guess. It wouldn't hardly take 15 mins to check everyone's insurance and PUC. Especially for an eagle-eyed fella like you

+1 for all the details, mentioned crisply all over.

                                Cheers!

                                THE END
