  • Need some help guys. I want to buy a torque wrench. Does anyone there own one or has bought one from Cochin? Please advice me as to where i might find it there. Any large tools dealers or a tool shop area. Thanks.

          Most of the active members here are pretty new. Will you please explain and guide us how we must do things here on this thread.

                        for the brake lights did you retain the stock bulb?or are those LEDs too?
                        and like Vivek said you could improved the pattern!

                        anyway maybe you can post the details in the DIY thread!

                        • hey guys was on my way back to coimbatore when i saw a group of bikers on route near thrisur .... maharashtra registrations , 3 r1's one ninja..... you guys know anythin about them .... saw them early in the mornin ... assuming they halted in cochin ..... headed for banglore i guess ....

                            those r1's and ninja are from cochin.
                            A good mechanic will let u watch without charging u for it!
                            People are like motorcycles, each is customized a bit differently! :D

                                Thanks guys...total leds used is 20. In that 12 is for standby mode and 8 for braking. Not used any resistors, diodes or capacitors. Its a 4 series LED circuit. +ve wire need to connect to 1st LED +ve terminal, then from the -ve terminal connect to 2nd led +ve terminal. At last -ve wire connect to 4th led -ve terminal. Taken a old fused bulb, connect the led wires to that bulb copper wires. like the attached pic. Simple circuit. Thanks for Kochu and threat2myself.

                                Ya will change the pattern. Not getting time. Did the job by half of a day.

                                2 R1's is Brijesh (Dreamchaser) and mithun's. Ninja is Riji's.

                                @ Ranjith, planning a ride by 27th-30th of May. Route- from Cochin-Wayanad-Ooty-Kodai-Munnar-Cochin. Around 2000kms both side.
