Sir,

i have bought a pulsar 220 dtsi bearing registration number AP 09 BU 7670 on 15/7/09 at bajaj probiking ,Begumpet,Hyderabad,Andhra pradesh....it has run nearly 5000kms till date.the air filter sensor has been faulty right from first month itself.i have requested the service station at Tadbund,Hyderabad repeatedly in getting a new air filter sensor and it has been nearly 2 months since the first order has been placed.

Sir,under my credibility,nearly 7 of my friends have taken the new 220 dtsi after me.i am also the first owner in the whole of Hyderabad.if this is the situation how can i expect anything else if something major happens.i also have my doubts whether the service station is telling the truth or bluffing in the availability of the sensor as i feel no stock product takes 2 months for dispatch.how is bajaj expecting us customers to be satisfied with the company when basic requirements such as procurement of stock parts for a 3 month old released product is not implemented?

with this mail,i am expecting a prompt action from your side..it is not the company nor the product which is at fault but the quality of after sales service which is a major fear factor in public's mind.Requesting an immediate action to be undertaken for which i will be thankful...

guys...went to nagarjunsagar and top end i went is 140kmph and couldnt go more as a lorry came....mileage for the whole ripping trip is 38kmph

guys...i wanna say that the first aid kit is very useful in the 220s...one of the riders had an aweful accident and we used up all the 4 220's kits and wrapped him up...am gonna buy another kit from pbk tomorrow if they are selling
