Moving to Hyderabad

Hi,

I am moving to Hyderabad from Bangalore. Cubicle is in a building somewhere in Hitech City.

Which are the areas in a radius of max 5kms to live around this place? I am looking for a 1 BHK or a room(Not on room sharing basis) in a flat. I have not fixed any budget yet, but the figure i am hovering around is 5k.

Please send me you suggestions.

In a radius of 5kms, you have Madhapur (2-3kms), Kondapur (2kms), Miyapur/Madinaguda (5kms).

madhapur is where Hi-TECH city is. Rest all theplaces are near by. Ravi@17bhp, hydbiker, Ravikiran, sagar are the better persons to enquire as they live close by

buh cudnt catch up the exact route as it was confusing n am too weak in routes

well do you know the Mc Donalds at Kharkhana , once you are there , u just have to ride straight , its around some 20 odd Kms from there , when are u planning to go ?

If your office is near to Hitech city, then KPHB is the best choice. Madhapur comes second! But don't prefer Nizampet or Pragathinagar, the traffic is crazy during office hours. Hope this helps.

5kms radius you have madhapur, kondapur, gachi bowli, KPHB. You wont get a 1 BHK at Rs 5000/- in MAdhapur & Kondapur areas. They are crazily priced. Lower rents can be at KPHB, And if you can extend a bit Toli chowki and kukatpally are good options.

As mentioned Madhapur and Kondapur will easily be on a higher side. KPHB is an option along with Vasanthnagar colony. I would prefer Vasanthnagar colony to KPHB due to traffic issues. I still feel hitec city - KPHB is more traffic oriented than KPHB - Miyapur. Once you come down, check the 2 routes and decide which is more convenient during peak hours.

Welcome to hyderabad mate! The areas within the radius of 5 km from Hitech city are Whitefields, Sarojini Naidu Nagar, Madhapur, KPHB colony, Telcom nagar, Siddiq nagar, Kondapur, Kothaguda, Raidurgam, Shaikpet, and Prashasan Nagar.

If you can extend upto 10 km, you have Gachibowli, Madinaguda, Miyapur, Khaja guda, Gopanapalli,
