The Official Hyderabad Offline Meet(G2G) Thread

The Channel is HMTV.
They approached me as I've a friend in HMTV working as a Production Manager.
It'll be a coverage on the ride, Life style of riders, riding gear, safety precautions, interactions - In short everything about Hard core riders.
They need atleast a riding group of 15+.
A short ride like Narsapur lake is being planned wherein the riders & their steeds along with the locations will be shot.

am thinking of going for ninja in march...but the spare costs is mind blowing...every service will alternate between 400 to 4000 every time..what do you all suggest?because i cant use a ninja as i am using my 220 now...

i won't be able to come this sunday as i've an exam :|

for the hmtv thing i think u can split the group into two and give tips in safe riding .. one group focuses on touring(min. biking gear a must) and another group can focus on safe city riding tips and how to tackle emergency situations. What say guys ?
The city riding thing is important because most viewers could be city riders and it would be of immense help .. also simple bike maintenance and trouble shooting tips can be given.

@prabhakar: Details ivvandi. Ee weekend aite I'm out. I don't think it should be so soon also. We need time to meet up, prepare about what we are going to do or say. Also we need to have more than 15 guys ready for a G2G.

hey hey hey...shes still a friend but nothing official yet....shes like if i stop going out for long trips she will get me one....lolz...anyways personally i feel that ninja is too expensive to maintain and i will wait for auto expo...partial towards comet though

Prabhakar, most of the guys active now are new and have hardly been on a group ride with formation and signaling. Let us take this opportunity of the program and prepare ourselves for a good show. Basically, we are taking this up as a chance to better our riding skills.

Though I know the formations in theory, and understand the signs of the leading biker, this would be a really good opportunity for all of us.

This sunday lets meet & decide the Agenda & date for the Ride.
Rahul will be co-ordinating this on my behalf as he spoke with the HMTV guy also.
He explained everything to Rahul.
