@ MadMax
Thats a ghastly accident. I hope your friend is out of danger now and doing well. These truckers are always very reckless. We need to me more careful.

@ Sam
Good to hear UR Speed record!!
But I wish U might have done it after wearing the New riding gear.
Also Please ensure that U R careful about the idiots roaming on the road who don't care about other's life.
At high speeds those idiots can be really dangerous even when we are in full gear & in the right path.
@ MadMax
Wish UR friend a speedy recovery.
Congrats all who bought new gear.
The first step to a safer ride.
When is the next g2g?
We have a proposal of TV coverage by a News channel.
We'll be discussing about that in the next g2g.sigpic

We cant blame all the truckers. I actually find the truckers to be most mannered vehicles on highways especially. Its usually the local lorries that cause the damage, but the ratio is quite low when compared to RTC buses.Originally posted by rahul9985 View PostThese truckers are always very reckless. I beg to differ here..Originally posted by riazmomin View PostWe cant blame all the truckers. I actually find the truckers to be most mannered vehicles on highways especially. Its usually the local lorries that cause the damage, but the ratio is quite low when compared to RTC buses.

There are a few truckers who are really mannered on the highways. But at the same time there are equal number of truckers who are very reckless. In one incident while i was on my way to Kurnool in Volvo, i had seen three trucks racing each other. The bus had been honking for a long time but they refused to give way. Ultimately two trucks collided and the third one had a nasty crash into them. Perhaps they may be the local lorries. I have also seen them changing lanes all of a sudden without the slightest of hint.
But i must admit that the long distance truckers are good drivers. I have seen them giving way upon honking and also cautioning if there is any danger ahead. In a few cases i have also seen them using dippers to caution us.
+1 for last line.. Respect bigger vehicles.

So, when're we meeting up next? I sadly might not be available this Sunday as I'm riding to Karimnagar with 3 friends (2 bikes 4 guys).
What's this about a TV interview? Which channel and whom did it approach? Do they have an idea of xBhp? Maybe they think we are some stunters club or something.. (thats what a guy asked me on seeing the xbhp logo on my bike's visor. lol)

The Channel is HMTV.
They approached me as I've a friend in HMTV working as a Production Manager.
It'll be a coverage on the ride, Life style of riders, riding gear, safety precautions, interactions - In short everything about Hard core riders.
They need atleast a riding group of 15+.
A short ride like Narsapur lake is being planned wherein the riders & their steeds along with the locations will be shot.sigpic
