Though I know the formations in theory, and understand the signs of the leading biker, this would be a really good opportunity for all of us.
I remember, We had very good formation ride once when we went to Narsapur Lake. We were around 10-12 people at that time. It was an excellent formation ride within speedlimits (Beacuse the lead bike was in run-in)

      Thanks Prabhakar..

So coming to the HMTV thing..
The HMTV guys want to make a short documentary in which they portrait bikers, the bikes, the way they live and all. This would be a short film on the bikers and biking activities in and around Hyderabad. We are very lucky that Prabhakar was approached for this wonderful job. They want to show how people of different communities, caste, creed, color, job etc. are united by the one and only common interest called Biking. This would be an excellent opportunity for xBhp Hyderabad to take xBhp to the next level and promote safe biking even more.

The requirement would be a minimum of 12 to 15 bikers who would be interviewed by the host. For this a G2G would be organised soon in which all the details upon the agenda can be given to all the members. I request all the senior members to try their best to attend this without fail.

There are a few truckers who are really mannered on the highways. But at the same time there are equal number of truckers who are very reckless. In one incident while i was on my way to Kurnool in Volvo, i had seen three trucks racing each other. The bus had been honking for a long time but they refused to give way. Ultimately two trucks collided and the third one had a nasty crash into them. Perhaps they may be the local lorries. I have also seen them changing lanes all of a sudden without the slightest of hint.
But i must admit that the long distance truckers are good drivers. I have seen them giving way upon honking and also cautioning if there is any danger ahead. In a few cases i have also seen them using dippers to caution us.
+1 for last line.. Respect bigger vehicles.
                  No begging allowed )

See, there is a rotten egg in every case. Bottom line is - Most truckers have good road sense. Watch-out for local lorries and learn to distinguish between them & long distance travellers. Most RTC Bus drivers are maniacs on the road.

If we have people who ride like maniacs among us - a supposed to be elite group of bikers promoting safe riding - then it is stupid of us to expect others to drive well. Hope the point is clear. Don't speak further about this. Instead, watch-out on the road.

This is good. However we must make sure that everyone is wearing proper gear and we do not resort to any antics (speeding / stunting / cornering ) which may endager personal or public safety. You all have to remember that xBhp is now actively promoting safe riding and showing motorcycling as a way to enhance one's life and not a tool for hooliganism. Let us respect this and foremost our beloved brother Kriss, whom we lost recently. Let there be a purpose to this in memory of him and the message we strive to deliver - Ride Safe.

If any media asks anyone from our group to perform any antics, just say NO. It doesnt matter if they want to go ahead by showcasing us or not, we have to show them there is more to motorcycling that stunts etc.

                            So best of luck!

                              • @Sunny: Yes, it's true that any one can get carried away when there's 15 seconds of fame just around the corner. But we have good ppl to guide us, also recent events have left everyone sobered.

Maybe you could guide us, if you think there's something important/specific that we need to share with the youth of today.
