Hi guys.... im going to change the fuel tank of my falken('05 Hyosung Comet Gt250)... i got a new one in red company painted... as most of u know, my baby is in jet black. Now the dilemma is shall i have the red n black combo or should i get the tank painted in black...?? which one do u think looks better... HELP ME GUYS...

N this is how it might look... i know its a gt650 but just for an idea of a red tank with black cowls...

The red tank with black cowls will surely look ultra COOL
You can even try Yellow tank with black cowls
I remember, Yellow color in Comet looks very nice...

@Sri : I think the Red and Black combination looks good to me. Fix it and see how you like it. In case you don't, you can always get it blacked.

Good to know that all of you guys had a nice G2G. I woke up a little late and thought of joining you guys but since I had other things planned in the afternoon, spent most of the sunday morning cleaning my bikes which I did after quiet some time.

Black RTR Refresh September '08 for sale

@All: RTR Refresh for sale, September 2008 model, done some 11K kms.on the odo. It belongs to my best friend&he has maintained it as good as new. Those interested can call me or Bhanu on +91-9030083330. Asking price Rs.50,000.

The tuners / guys in business wants it more frequently. And yes if you want the sport to grow, once in 3 months is a good way to go. Else tuners dont get avenues to test their set-ups. No matter how many test runs they do, still 'the race' is the actual test!!

PS: This time 'Jan Racing' in association with 'APMC' is organizing the race. I didn't see the name of GMR so far. I wonder where will be this drag race organized!! Also in the previous race, I heard GMR announcing a full fledged dedicated race track and few friends of mine reported seeing a drag race track in development somewhere near the 'super bowl' .

ZMR booking

My friend (for whose bike I put up the sale ad) went to HH Mody Motors to book ZMR&they are saying he has to wait till May even to book!
They have pending orders&not receiving stock from company also it seems-poor chap was all set to book it today.
The worst was-he was offered a red ZMR at Rs.20K premium over the cost of the vehicle!
Now we want to take this up seriously with HH, so I need your help on:
1. Senior official contact email ids in HH
2. Any other showrooms in AP where they take booking?

Its a shocking bit of news mate, truly shocking. Yes, the waiting period of ZMR seems to be endless (nothing shocking in that) but ofering a bike at 20k+ over the price. Sounds really weired and sad. Which Mody motors did you go to ? Was it the main one at Ranigunj or the one at Tadbund ? And by chance remember the name of the person/s who gave you this dubious offer. ?

I also inquired about the ZMR at Lakshmi motors, somajiguda . The sales guy told me that they are not taking bookings of zmr as they cannot give a delivery date. So as of now , no bookings for zmr.

I need the contact details in HH as well.

Bunch of useless buggers at the SVC(Lakshmi motors HH). They don't know their job at all. They love pissing off the customers. Will lodge a complaint with the regional office. If they don't respond soon enough, I will try to get in touch with who so ever it takes. Useless idiots, everytime i give my extreme for servicing, end up wasting my time by going there again and again with problems. They just don't seem to know how to fix a problem.
