Talking abt fun, I really enjoyed..... It wa a great trip, careful n accident free......To me it doesnt matter the destination as long as am RIDING.....

G2G: The Love Story

I'll give a small write up of what happened today..

All of us met up at Paradise at 6:15AM. Everyone was present except Prabhakar and MaSh. Seems kheema roti wouldn't be available till 7 or so, and just when it was ready, ProBiker turns up (the person because of whom all of us were there an hour earlier) . Riaz and Shabbarak joined us for the breakfast .. Kheema + roti was just great, but we were careful not to eat too much. Chai/coffee was not an option as poor Vinu didn't trust his digestive system (dont know why ) and he was getting visions of going deep into the wilderness with a bottle of water and a leaf.
Shabbar bhaiya had some other appointments so he had to leave.
No sign of MaSh. We gave him our ph.nos but no call from him, and we didn't have his number.

So finally the riders for the day were :

Started off from paradise finally, rode till city outskirts beyond Langar houz. There we had a small briefing session from Prabhakar, Rahul and Riaz. Riding style, lead, trail riders, etc were decided and we pushed off from there, after we bid goodbye to Riaz. It was agreed that Prabhakar would lead and Rahul would trail.

One thing I would like to say, the signalling, cautioning, safety excercised by all the riders in todays ride was just too good. Everyone stuck to the discussed guidelines and it turned out to be a really good ride, no tensions at all. We stuck to 80kmph and it was fine for the roads, which were not too bad.

One incident: My right RVM broke last week when some one toppled my bike over when it was parked. I used feviquick and stuck it, it worked awesomely for the past week, through all the commuting, pothole bouncing etc. Today, it just decided to fall off. So since I was stuck with only one mirror, I decided that I would be last but one rider since I don't have to worry about keeping the rider after me in RVM.

We reached Ananthagiri after passing through Chevella and later through Vikarabad. We took an offroad trail, and ended up at a sort of a small cliff or something..
Damu and me got an urge to try n trek down to the plains from where we parked, so off we went. Bloody gravel and red mud, no grip at all, we almost slid down the cliff. Luckily we had trees and saplings to hold on to, and we reached the bottom safely. The plain patch was perfect for a campsite.. (maybe next time) Nikhil couldnt stop himself so he joined us but went back up just as fast. Damu and me had a little trouble going back up, too much drag, no good traction, torque was on lesser side (waiting for lunch), and we had fat tires but again with the help of trees, saplings etc we made it back to the top. Phew. Broke into a sweat.
Had a small photo session once we got back up. I think pics will be uploaded by Prabhakar.

From the top of the cliff we could see the road winding down, all of us got the itch to try the 'ghat section' for ourselves, so off we went, trying all noob leaning, but we were careful to err on the side of caution, because there was a little traffic.

Prabhakar went back to the cliff top first, and we followed one by one each after 2 mins, Prabhakar tried taking some pics from that angle as we were coming up. Lets see how they turn out

After all riders came back, we went on down to the temple where we took a few pics. All of us worked up a good appetite, so we called ravi anna to find out the location of one very special dhaba. Ended up sitting at the wrong one, so got up and left after having salad.. Nik and Thejus wanted to have fun but no privacy, (refer pic from Sandman_sd) :P
Just kidding guys..

Finally, after getting in the right place, parking our steeds, sitting around under a tree... (and getting more hungry by the second) we ordered the recommended jowar roti and kadhai chicken, also with some mutton curry.. and paneer for the veggies. Wont specify details, but we ate enough (too much and I was scared of falling asleep).

Sadly.. Karthik's bike was giving some trouble. One-way clutch... it'll have to be replaced.

Almost all of us switched bikes for the way back, but we started falling back a bit (some of us were riding slow) so prabhakar got annoyed .. ! And also, poor nikhpaul got splattered in some cowdung because Vinu couldnt see it I guess, and went over it. A whole blob flew at nikhils tire and sort of exploded, so the cramster guards nikhil was wearing should now be renamed as Crapster.

Cutting it short, with a few small stops in between we reached the city outskirts from where we proceeded to mehdipatnam. From here everyone said their goodbyes and dispersed.

All in all, awesome g2g, good fun, nice food, great riders, ready for stuff like this always.

Yea, CRAPSTER!!! ,... anyway i just wanna say thought the passion would fall back or make ppl ride slow for me to catch up, but NO! She wanted to go more n more, was whacking 90kmph simply,...thankfully i was not the slowest one today!

ABHO!!!! Me n max were there seconds later, fell back coz max helped an old man get his bike to the petrol bunk,..we were doing good deeds ,...anyway kkr2, riaz anna, Ravi anna, Satish anna, SAM! missed u guys in the ride, and please has any1 heard from mash??

It was a great G2G,...nice sunday,...LUNCH was amazing!!!

I remember Thejus's doubt before v left paradise, he slowly leans towards TnT and asks " oorey nee thammudu ki license unndi ah?? " (does ur younger brother(me) have a license!! " :| I mean dude!! seriously?? Just yesterday i told u i was 18!!! and u forgot???
