                      Anybody in their right mind SHOULD be scared of NH17 ;-) My point is that its not like anyone will leave you behind - the "average" speed is usually whatever everyone is comfortable with. If someone is particularly slow, the tail has the responsibility to stick with him while the rest will make adjustments accordingly. Consequently its meaningless to ask about average speeds. If its just Satyen and me, the average speeds are ahem... if its 6 others, the dynamics change.

                            • Just saw these guys zip on our Eastern Express Highway towards Thane...couldnt recognize them so followed them all the way..

                              So finally met Sagar and Deepan only to realize the third person is Sachin (who apparently donated his bike to Leh-Ladakh)...but says he has given it for servicing...

                              So calling in for a quick G2G at thane..We are at sachin's place now...free drinks and food on the house...join in if you can...

                              A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels,scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)
