im in for lonavala not lavasa.
lavasa would be too much trouble in such heat.

^^ Have booked, waiting for the delivery and using my 220 currently which has air leak in the rear tyre, so can I bring a friends bike ? Its a 220 without fairing, but have all the gears with me

Please suggest good routes to take my motorcycle (FZ 1 N) for rides around Mumbai....or if there is a group i can join.

Every biker should carry the following papers:
a. Driving Licence and RC book.
b. Insurance Policy copy, PUC Certificate (valid)

Riding gear
a. Helmet
b. Full-sleeve Jacket (preferably a riding jacket or a
windcheater & elbow guards over that)
c. Gloves
d. Full length pants
e. knee guards
f. Boots/Shoes (no chappals or floaters)

Yes,you can bring in your friend's bike but check whether all the documents of his bike are valid or not!
